Substitute Teacher

Growing up surrounded by nature gave me the opportunity to spend more time outside than inside and my connection with nature was always present. I learned a lot from nature and loved to run around with friends, meet the local birds and insects, and plant seeds and see them grow. Nature and grounded teachers kept me motivated and eager to learn in and out of the classroom.

Now I get to work next to teachers who value the connection to nature and provide space for children to grow and thrive in nature while learning from each other along the way. I'm currently in school and will graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Human Development with an emphasis in Early Childhood Development in Spring 2025. I also tutor K-12 students. When I'm not working or doing schoolwork, I'm kayaking, playing pickleball, running beach clean ups, and volunteering at a local recreation center. I'm looking forward to getting outside with you!
